Login and account access on stim

Signing in to your stim account requires your username or email address and your password. After login, you can view your balance, access sportsbook and casino markets, deposit funds, and submit withdrawal requests.

1 Enter credentials

Type your username or email address and password into the login form. Check the "Remember me" option if you wish to remain signed in on that device.

2 Two-factor authentication (if enabled)

If you have enabled two-factor authentication in your account settings, you will receive an SMS code. Enter it in the verification field to complete login.

3 Access your dashboard

After successful login, you arrive at your account dashboard. Your current balance is displayed, and you can navigate to sportsbook, live casino, slots, and payment sections.

4 Manage account and funds

From your dashboard, you can view account settings, update your password, manage payment methods, and submit deposit or withdrawal requests.

Password reset and account recovery on stim

If you forget your stim password, use the password reset link on the login page to request a recovery email. Follow the instructions in that email to create a new password.

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your email address or username. stim sends a time-limited recovery link to your registered email. Click the link and enter a new password. Your account is immediately accessible with the new password.

Email verification and security

The recovery email is sent only to the address you registered with your account. Do not share password reset links with others. If you do not receive a recovery email, check your spam folder or contact customer support.

If you are unable to reset your password or do not have access to your registered email, contact stim customer support with proof of identity. Our support team can verify your account and assist with recovery.

Two-factor authentication on stim

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your stim account. After entering your password, you must also confirm an SMS code sent to your mobile number.

Enable two-factor authentication

Go to your account settings and locate the security section. Select "Enable two-factor authentication" and confirm your mobile number. stim will send you an SMS code to verify and activate the feature.

How login with 2FA works

Sign in with your username or email and password. You will see a prompt to enter a six-digit code. Check your mobile for an SMS from stim containing the code. Enter it before the code expires to complete login.

If you do not receive an SMS code, request a new one. Codes are valid for a limited time. If you lose access to your registered mobile number, contact stim customer support to update your phone number and disable 2FA temporarily during recovery.

Login security and device management on stim

stim uses encrypted connections to protect your login credentials and account data. When you sign in from a new device, you may be asked to verify your identity or confirm your email address.

Troubleshooting login issues on stim

Your username is sent to you in the account creation email. You can also use your registered email address to log in instead of your username. If you have neither, use the password reset page and enter the email address associated with your account.

stim temporarily locks your account if too many incorrect passwords are entered in a short time. Wait subject to verification and try again. If you continue to have trouble, use the password reset link on the login page.

Check that your mobile number is correct in your account settings. SMS codes may take a few seconds to arrive. If the code does not arrive after one minute, click "Request a new code". If you have changed your phone number, contact stim customer support to update it.

Check that you have entered your username or email address exactly as you registered it. Usernames and email addresses are case-sensitive. If you have not yet opened an account, use the "Open an account" link to create one.

stim services are available only in jurisdictions where applicable local law permits. If you are accessing stim from outside a permitted jurisdiction, you will not be able to log in. Verify that your location is supported before attempting to access your account.
